<description>State Forty Eight is more than just a t-shirt company, it’s a movement recognized around and beyond the state it calls home. Started in 2013 by Michael, Stephen and Nicholas the brand was born from their love and appreciation for Arizona. They are a brand dedicated to bringing quality clothing for all, inspired by Arizona. As you gather from its name, State Forty Eight takes pride on its Arizona roots. Whether it is our states colors, animals, sports franchises or flag you’ll find it integrated into their products. Mike and his pup Tillman were gracious enough to spend some time with us on a Saturday morning at their newly opened Chandler headquarters. During our time together he shared his story of what desires and passions led him and his business partners to create the brand. Through their entrepreneurial spirt and hard work they have taken the brand from a boutique clothing line to a movement beloved by Arizona’s athletes, politicians, charities, businesses and anyone proud to call Arizona home. You’ll recognize the logo at professional sporting events such as the Arizona Diamondbacks, Phoenix Suns or Arizona Coyotes to major charitable organizations like Susan G. Komen, American Cancer Society and the Arians Family Foundation to name a few. Enjoy this conversation with Mike and hear the story behind the brand.
Check them out: State Forty Eight (https://statefortyeight.com) Special Guest: Mike Spangenberg.
